There are many VFD control panel manufacturers in India, and the differences are not always obvious from a brochure. The best way to judge is to ask practical questions. How do they size drives, what protections do they add, and who sets the parameters afterwards?
Drive brands are a good starting point. Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Delta and others all make reliable products, and a decent builder should be comfortable with several. Be cautious of anyone who insists on one brand without explaining why it suits your load.
Look at the panel's supporting components too. Input reactors, line filters, proper cooling and quality wiring are what let a drive last for years. A cheap panel often leaves these out, and the drive pays for it with early failures.
Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, Delta and more.
Reactors, filters and cooling where they are needed.
Parameters set for your motor and tested under load.
Every component explained with its purpose.
Ask how the drive will be commissioned. A panel delivered with factory default settings is only half finished. A builder who sets up the drive for your motor and tests it under load is giving you something far more useful.
We are happy to answer such questions in detail. Send us your motor and application details, and we will reply with a proposal that explains what each component does and why it is there.
All the major brands are reliable. Local service, spares and familiarity in your plant usually matter more.
Often reactors, filters and proper cooling, which shortens drive life. Ask for these to be listed in the quote.
Whether you have a full drawing or only an idea, send it across. A short discussion now usually saves a lot of rework later.
