A PLC control panel looks like a plain steel box from the outside, but the real work happens behind the door. At Shri Shyam Engineers we build these panels around the way your machine or process runs, not around a catalogue drawing. Every panel starts with a conversation about what needs to start, stop, count or monitor.
Inside, you will find the PLC itself, power supplies, circuit breakers, relays, terminal blocks and the wiring that ties it all together. We keep power and signal wiring separated and label every wire at both ends. It costs a little more time on our side, but whoever maintains the panel years later will thank us.
Component choice is something we discuss openly with customers. Some plants already standardise on one PLC brand and want spares to stay simple. Others are open to suggestions, and we explain the trade-offs between price, availability and local support before anything is ordered.
Every input and output is checked on our bench before dispatch.
Ferrules and tags at both ends make future faults quick to trace.
Spare I/O and enclosure space are planned in from day one.
Drawings, component list and program backup come with the panel.
Before a panel leaves our workshop, we power it up and test each input and output one by one. Loops are simulated, interlocks are tried, and faults are deliberately created to see how the panel reacts. Problems are much cheaper to find on our bench than at your site.
We supply panels to factories across India, and our team stays reachable after delivery. If a sensor is behaving oddly or a program needs a tweak, a phone call usually sorts it out. That kind of follow-through is what we would want from a supplier ourselves.
A rough description of the machine, the number of inputs and outputs, and your preferred PLC brand if you have one. If you are unsure about any of it, send what you have and we will fill in the gaps together.
Yes. If you already have electrical drawings, we can build to them as they are or suggest improvements before we start, whichever you prefer.
Whether you have a full drawing or only an idea, send it across. A short discussion now usually saves a lot of rework later.
