From the transformer to the last feeder

Think of your electrical system as a river that starts at the transformer and splits into smaller streams. The LT electrical panel sits at the point where that split happens. How well it is designed decides whether faults stay small or spread through the plant.

That comes down to protection coordination. The breaker closest to a fault should trip first, without upsetting the ones upstream. It sounds simple, but it needs careful selection of ratings and settings, and we do this work as part of every LT panel we build.

We build panels for factories, warehouses, commercial buildings and workshops. A textile unit and a small cold storage need very different distribution, so we begin with the load schedule rather than a standard model. Sizes and layouts follow from that.

Key Highlights

Coordinated protection

Faults trip the nearest breaker, not the whole plant.

Load-schedule based

Design follows your loads, not a template.

Safety devices

Earth bars, isolators and residual current protection where needed.

Test records

Insulation and functional results shared with you.

Earthing and safety devices are built into the design. Proper earth bars, residual current protection where needed and clearly marked isolators help protect both people and equipment. We consider these basics, not optional extras.

After assembly we perform insulation resistance and functional checks and share the results with the customer. If your site has a specific standard or utility requirement, tell us and we will build to it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is protection coordination?

It means arranging breaker ratings and settings so a fault clears at the nearest device without affecting others upstream. It keeps outages small.

Can you build to a utility or consultant specification?

Yes. Share the specification and we will confirm what we can meet before quoting.
