In a plant with several motors and outgoing circuits, starter feeder panels keep everything tidy. Instead of running cables to random boxes on walls, you have one panel where each load has its own compartment. When something trips, you know exactly where to look.
Each feeder generally has an isolator, a protective breaker, a contactor and an overload device. Depending on the job, we also add ammeters, selector switches and indication lamps. Everything is labelled with the load name so operators are not left guessing.
We build these panels in modular form, so adding another feeder later is not a rebuild. A neat row of compartments with a spare or two lets your plant expand without shutting down the existing setup for long.
Easy to isolate and easy to find during faults.
Adding a feeder later does not mean a rebuild.
Every feeder is tagged with its load name.
Top or bottom entry suits where your cables arrive.
Cable entry deserves thought. Top or bottom entry, cable size and bending space all affect installation, and we plan them according to where your cables actually arrive. It prevents the familiar frustration of cables that do not quite reach.
If you are replacing an old, crowded starter board, we can study what you have and suggest a cleaner arrangement. Sending a few photographs of the existing setup makes the discussion much easier.
Yes. Send photos and details of the existing board and we will suggest a cleaner replacement, planning the changeover to keep downtime short.
We can include spare compartments so new loads can be added later with minimal work.
Whether you have a full drawing or only an idea, send it across. A short discussion now usually saves a lot of rework later.
